Exploratory evaluation — mutual confidentiality

Aligned Cardio and you may exchange non-public information about your practice and our partnership models solely to evaluate a potential relationship or transaction.

Each party agrees to hold confidential all non-public information received from the other (including financial, operational, patient-volume, payer, marketing, and strategic information), to use it only for this evaluation, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent except as required by law.

This duty continues for two (2) years after the last disclosure, excluding information that becomes public without breach, was already known, or is independently developed.
