Trent leads AlignedCardio's operating engine, including revenue cycle management, ambulatory surgery center implementation and operations, human resources, practice operations, and patient access. His career spans 25 years from clinical practice to executive leadership, including operational and P&L oversight of a multi-state portfolio including 71 facilities at North American Partners in Anesthesia. He translates the platform’s growth strategy into accountable operations, measurable performance, and a consistent experience for patients and physicians

Dr. Mangi is a nationally recognized cardiothoracic surgeon with deep expertise in advanced cardiovascular care. As Chief Medical Officer, he provides clinical oversight across the AlignedCardio platform, ensuring that growth and operational initiatives always reinforce — and never compromise — the quality of care delivered to patients.

Sam leads AlignedCardio's data and analytics function, building the reporting infrastructure that connects EMR, scheduling, referral, and financial data across partner practices. His work enables leadership to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies in real time.

Thomas has worked across the healthcare lifecycle, including product, clinical operations, digital channels, compliance, sales, and enterprise integrations. Priscilla leads clinical operations across AlignedCardio's partner network, coordinating integration timelines, workflow alignment, and platform rollout to ensure practices experience a seamless transition while maintaining continuity of care for patients.

Amanda works with clinical teams across AlignedCardio's partner network to support care delivery, practice integration, and operational consistency. Her role helps ensure platform growth is matched by reliable clinical workflows and strong patient-care standards.

Dr. Linda Hart is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner with over three decades of experience spanning critical care, cardiac surgery, cardiology, and advanced heart failure. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Virginia and serves in national leadership roles with the American College of Cardiology, advancing advocacy and team-based care.

Kristy manages AlignedCardio's physician liaison programs, building relationships with referring providers and health systems to defend existing referral channels and systematically develop new ones. Her work is a direct driver of practice revenue growth across the network.

Michael oversees all human resources functions for AlignedCardio corporate and its partner practices, including recruitment, benefits, compliance, and organizational development. His leadership ensures the platform builds and retains the talent needed to deliver on its physician-first promise.
